I'm so happy to welcome you to Lorraine M Hair. I know visiting a new salon can be nerve wracking so below you'll find some important information to help make your first visit as seamless and comfortable as possible.
You'll receive a text reminder 72 hours before each visit with an option to confirm or reschedule your visit. Simply click on the link as shown below!
The salon is located on the Northern corner of Ramona Ave. and Norte Ln. just across from McDonald's.
Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment, have a drink and settle in.
For our first visit, I recommend wearing your hair styled as you'd normally wear it. Seeing your hair dry & styled helps me to choose the best techniques or looks that will enhance and fit your lifestyle.
Because I want you to love your hair, I may ask you a lot of questions during your consultation- this is a judgement free zone so please be honest about it’s history, your lifestyle and your hair goals. Pictures are encouraged and screenshots and Pinterest boards are always welcome!
Pro-tip: showing me 1-2 pics of looks you want to avoid are just as important as the looks you want to achieve.
I’m all about transparency! I’ll recap your service plan and pricing before squeezing any color tubes or snipping any locks!
Cancellations & No-Shows:
In order to continue to provide the best possible scheduling options for my clients, I require 24 hours notice of cancellations or reschedules.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a Cancelled Service Fee of $25 per service will be required before a new appointment is scheduled.
In addition, Appointment No-Shows will be required to submit an Appointment Deposit of 50% of their next scheduled service. The Appointment Deposit will be applied to cost of services or forfeited in event of No-Show.
Services for clients running late will be adapted to fit the remaining appointment time without adjustment to pricing. Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and Cancellation Fees will apply.
I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I'm happy to correct the issue with no additional charge.
Children in the salon:
While I love children, I do ask that you not bring children or babies to your hair appointment. Not only is it distracting for you and other guests enjoying their experience, it's not super fun for them either. Please arrange for childcare in order to receive your scheduled service.
