Service Policies 

Cancellations & No-Shows:

In order to continue to provide the best possible scheduling options for my clients, I require 24 hours notice of cancellations or reschedules.

 

​Should you need to cancel, reschedule or change services booked for your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a Cancelled Service Fee of $25 per service will be required.

 

In addition, Appointment No-Shows will be required to submit an Appointment Deposit of 50% of their next scheduled service. The Appointment Deposit will be applied to cost of services or forfeited in event of No-Show.

Late Arrivals:

Services for clients running a little late will be adapted to fit the remaining appointment time without adjustment to pricing. Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and Cancellation Fees will apply.

Adjustments:

I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I'm happy to correct the issue with no additional charge.

Children in the salon:

Although I love children, I kindly ask that you not bring children or babies to your hair appointment. Not only is it distracting for you and other guests enjoying their experience, it's not super fun for the kids either. Please arrange for childcare in order to receive your scheduled service.

Tipping:

While tips are always appreciated, they are never an expected part of the service.
